Dispute resolution
Prevention, strategy, defense.

One of our main areas of practice corresponds to complex litigation and arbitration in civil (contractual and tort liability, construction, conflicts between partners and shareholders, medical malpractice, among others), commercial, criminal and constitutional matters.

Likewise, our dispute resolution practice extends to bankruptcy matters such as liquidation and reorganization of companies.

We have represented both individuals and national and multinational companies in the most varied controversies, litigating before ordinary courts of justice, arbitrators and other judicial or administrative authorities.

For each case we design a strategy together with the client that fits its real interests and needs, for which we actively listen and ask the necessary questions before moving forward.

For highly complex cases, we adapt to different work teams. We are prepared to interact with internal or external legal advisors of our national and international clients, and with the main law firms in Chile and the world.

Our dispute resolution practice addresses, among others, the following matters:

  • Civil, commercial and constitutional litigation.

  • Domestic and international arbitration.

  • Strategic advice and assistance to face internal crises that may lead to highly complex conflicts.

  • Representation and defense before complaints for infringement of the Fishing and Aquaculture Law.

  • Representation and defense before complaints filed by the Dirección General de Aguas.

  • Representation and defense in litigation arising from the construction industry.

  • Representation and defense in conflicts between partners or shareholders.

  • Representation and defense in litigation involving regulated market agents.

  • Administrative litigation proceedings.

  • Liquidation and reorganization proceedings.
